Proposed standards for the future MJCarePair member community. These guidelines are not in effect on this informational preview.
Be truthful
Represent your identity, eligibility, caregiver capacity, service areas, experience, and intentions accurately. Keep important status changes current.
Respect consent and boundaries
A connection request is an invitation, not an obligation. Respect declines, blocks, ended CarePairs, communication preferences, and another member's decision not to continue.
Protect privacy
Do not pressure members to disclose sensitive information. Do not publish or misuse another person's identity documents, credential numbers, address, messages, or contact information.
Keep MJCarePair connection-focused
Use profiles and messaging to assess compatibility and build a lawful caregiver-patient relationship—not to publish cannabis menus, prices, inventory, quantities, order requests, payment arrangements, or delivery coordination.
Report concerns
The planned member service would provide Report and Block tools for suspicious eligibility claims, harassment, spam, prohibited commercial activity, unsafe behavior, unwanted contact, and other concerns. These tools are not available on this informational preview.
Planned community safety tools
The future member service is intended to provide reporting and blocking from CarePairs and messaging, with account restrictions where appropriate. No member accounts, CarePairs, messaging, reporting, or blocking are active on this informational preview. These proposed guidelines remain subject to review before launch.
Connections, not commerce. MJCarePair is developing an independent introduction service. It does not sell cannabis, facilitate cannabis transactions, process cannabis payments, coordinate delivery, or represent affiliation with the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency.
