MJCarePair is developing a service intended to help eligible Michigan caregivers present their experience, identify service counties, and connect with compatible patients by mutual choice. Caregiver registration and matching are not available on this informational preview.
Designed to help caregivers be discovered
Show where you intend to serve
The planned service would let caregivers select the Michigan counties they intend to serve. Eligible patients could use those service areas when searching for compatible caregivers.
Present your approach
Planned caregiver profiles would include experience, cultivation approach, care style, communication preferences, and general medicine-category compatibility.
Control availability
The proposed member experience would let caregivers update their availability and pause discovery when they are full or unavailable.
Review requests first
Under the planned design, patients would initiate CarePair requests. Caregivers could accept or decline before private messaging became available.
Maintain accurate information
The planned platform would ask caregivers to keep relevant MMMP patient-relationship and capacity information current, including relationships established outside MJCarePair. Platform participation would not replace state registration requirements.
Compatibility information only
Proposed medicine-category tags would describe general compatibility. They would not represent inventory, current product availability, pricing, quantities, menus, or offers to sell cannabis.
